or “your”) and Bullexindex administrators (hereinafter referred to "our", "the company" or "the

Bullexindex terms of Services, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all
of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these
Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy. Additional terms might apply to some features and Services
available on our platform. You may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable

(4) YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT IN FULL WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS AND RESTRICTION ON YOUR
PART AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM; AND
(5) THE AGREEMENT MAY BE AMENDED IN FULL OR IN PART, BY THE COMPANY WITHOUT ANY SPECIAL NOTICE . T
HE NEW EDITION OF THE AGREEMENT SHALL ENTER INTO FORCE IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING UPDATED OR RELEASED
TO USERS.

Bullexindex Services refer to various services provided to you by Bullexindex that are based on
Internet, Predictive and/or blockchain technologies and offered via Bullexindex website, clients and
other forms (including new ones enabled by future technological development).

Bullexindex Platform Rules refer to all rules, interpretations, announcements, statements, letters
of consent and other contents that have been and will be subsequently released by Bullexindex, as well
as all regulations, implementation rules, product process descriptions, and announcements.

Users refer to all individuals, institutions or organizations that access or utilize Bullexindex
Services and who meet the criteria and conditions stipulated by Bullexindex. If there exist other
agreements for such entities as developers, Advisories, and leaderboard members, such agreements shall
be followed.

Investments refer to funds transferred by the User in favor of the Company to accrue a reward
(herein referred to as earned return) within the framework of an investment deposit (herein referred to
as the duration).

Earned Return refer to the amount (measured and recorded in USD) which is paid as royalty to a user
with an active investment for the entire duration of its investment.

Hourly Return refer to amount paid as royalty on an hourly basis to the user for its investment.

Percentage Return refers to what percentage of a users investment would be the total earned return
at the end of an investment duration.
- Duration refers to the period of time which an investment stays active.
- Maximum Starter Investments refers the maximun number of times a user can invest in our BASIC PLan
before Upgrading to Higher Plans. The current maximum is TWO (2) and is subject to change.

ecosystem.
b. Supplementary Terms
Due to the rapid development of Bullexindex and the fluid regulation of the cryptocurrency ecosystem,
these Terms between you and Bullexindex ecosystem do not enumerate or cover all rights and obligations
of each party, and do not guarantee full alignment with needs arising from future development. Therefore,

CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF Bullexindex SERVICES. THE COMPANY ALSO RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PERCENTAGE RETURN ON ANY TIER OF INVESTMENT IN ACCORDANCE TO MARKET CONDITIONS
WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND THE ENFORCEMENT SHALL TAKE EFFECT WITH EVERY EVERY INVESTMENT ACTIVE OR COMING
AFTER THE CHANGE.
d. Prohibition of Use
BY ACCESSING AND USING Bullexindex SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN
INCLUDED IN ANY TRADE EMBARGOES OR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS LIST, OR THE DENIED PERSONS OR ENTITY LIST
OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE. Bullexindex RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE MARKETS AND
JURISDICTIONS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS, AND MAY RESTRICT OR REFUSE, IN ITS DISCRETION, THE PROVISION
SERVICES IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES OR REGIONS.

As an important part of the Bullexindex Ecosystem, Bullexindex is a global online platform which
enables users with or without trading experience to profit from the volatility and the interesting
benefits of the cryptocurrency currency ecosystem which includes but not limited to trading,

3. Bullexindex Account Registration and Requirements
a. Registration
All Users must apply for a Bullexindex Account in accordance with the procedure established by the
company before using Bullexindex Services.
b. Eligibility
By registering to use a Bullexindex Account, you represent and warrant that (i) as an individual,
you are at least 18 or are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws; (ii) as an
individual, legal person, or other organization, you have full legal capacity and sufficient
authorizations to enter into these Terms; (iii) If you act as an employee or agent of a legal entity,
and enter into these Terms on their behalf, you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary
rights and authorizations to bind such legal entity; (iv) your use of Binance Services will not violate
any and all laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to regulations on
anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.
c. Account Usage Requirements
The Bullexindex Account can only be used by the account registrant. Bullexindex reserves the right to
suspend, freeze or cancel the use of Bullexindex Accounts by persons other than account registrant.
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password, you should notify
Bullexindex immediately. Bullexindex assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use
of Bullexindex Account by you or any third party with or without your authorization.
d. Account Security
The company has been committed to maintaining the security of User entrusted funds, and has implemented
industry standard protection to it’s Services. However, the actions of individual Users may pose risks.
You shall agree to treat your access credentials (such as username and password) as confidential
information, and not to disclose such information to any third party. You also agree to be solely
responsible for taking the necessary security measures to protect your Bullexindex Account.
You should be solely responsible for keeping safe of your Bullexindex login information, and be
responsible for all the transactions under your Account. The company assumes no liability for any loss
or consequences caused by authorized or unauthorized use of your account credentials, including but not
limited to information disclosure, information release, consent or submission of various rules and
agreements by clicking on the website, online agreement renewal, etc.
By creating a Bullexindex Account, you hereby agree that:
- you will notify Bullexindex immediately if you are aware of any unauthorized use of your
Account and password or any other violation of security rules;

III. Rights and Obligations of the Company

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures during transaction process resulting from force majeure, as well
as any malfunction in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.

The Company is not responsible for the improper functioning of the Website, if the User does not have the necessary software
to use it, and the Company has no obligation to provide the Users with such software.
IV. Rights and Obligations of the User

the password, as well as for all activities carried out from the User’s account without exception.

amend the platform rules at any time of force majeure (legislative amendments, natural disasters,

VI. Settlement of Disputes
Settlement of disputes between the Company and the User shall be conducted in the form of negotiations
through any available channel of communication.
